Dr Laura Schram

Veterinarian & Practice Owner

Developing a love for animals at a young age Laura has always had too many pets to count.  Throughout high school she volunteered as a wildlife carer, rescuing animals such as koalas and kangaroos.  Studying at Melbourne university Laura has worked in clinics in Sunshine, Pt Cook and Geelong before settling in at Vet 2 Pet.  She prefers the mobile nature of the work as she gets to meet people and see pets in their home environment.  She feels this gives her an edge in treating many common conditions, such as skin disease, where environment is a factor.

Laura has a particular interest in working with wildlife and reptiles .  She still works with wildlife parks from time to time where she treats a range of animals including goannas, crocodiles, cammels, wombats and kangaroos.
