Cat export to Kuwait

As of Sep 2017 from the Australian govt site the following information is : 

Exporting a cat to Kuwait nees to  be micro chipped with an ISO chip;
- Have an AQIS accredited veterinarian vaccinate for rabies , proir to exporting from Aus to Kuwait
- Have an AQIS accredited veterinarian collect blood and send a blood sample to the Australian Animal Health Laboratories (AAHL) for a rabies neutralizing antibody tire test (RNATT); after vaccination 
Need a  rabies  result of greater than 0.5 iu/ml;

Please ensure You have the current cat to Kuwait export requirements.
