the dog has been vaccinated against Leptospirosis at least 21 days
preceding departure; Lepto vaccine is unusual in that it is not routinely done in Australia. Note two lept vaccinations need to be done if the dog has not had a lepto vaccine in the last year.
The animal have been vaccinated, with an officially approved vaccine,
against other significant infectious or contagious diseases including
distemper, hepatitis and parvovirus at least 21 days prior to departure.
(Vaccination certificates and test results must be attached to the
certificate.)

Everything went smoothly due to the proficient manner in which you completed the requirements for Quarantine both here and there.
Buddy is finding the heat a bit overwhelming but we are keeping the water and the showers up to him
