Vaccinations for distemper, hepatitis, and parvovirus  within 12 months of  departure

Vaccaintions  against leptospirosis according to the manufacturers recommendations - usually 2 vaccainations 2 -4 weeks apart and then every 12 month - Lepto vacccine - within six months of departure.

Ifv returning to Australia within 2 years we recommend rabies vaccine and titre.

A health certificate within 48 hours of Dog  export to the Philippines 

Deworming with  48 hours of  dog   travel to the Philippines 

insecticidal rinse less than 48 hours before   export to the dog to the Philippines 

An approved Vaccination certificates identifying :

- the name and address of the practice
- the name of the Aqis accreddited  veterinarian
- the name of thee animal owner
- description of the animal including age and microchip number
- the date of vaccination
- the vaccine used including serial and batch number
- in the case of vaccination against rabies and/or leptospirosis, 
the use by date of the vaccine 

If returning to Australia within 2 years we recommend rabies vaccine and titre.
