Aqis Vet -Dr Phil Sacks is an accredited veterinarian to certify pets fit to travel by aqis.

Aqis vet - requirements for cats traveling to new Caledonia (NC) include 

1. Apply to for an import permit from the NC authority
2. F4 vaccine including Chlamydia must be current - ie Aqis requirements a booster 14 days after the primary vaccine if no primary f4 vaccine
3. two external parasite treatments and dewrming treatments by aqis accredited vet using Fiprinol spray with in 30 days of travel more than 14 days apart 
4. Appropriate certification signed by an aqis accredited veterinarian

Dr Phil  is a Senior Fellow of the University of Melbourne faculty of Veterinary Science and is accredited by AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service) to prepare animals for export.
