The requirements for cat export to the USA from Australia is '

Health certification that the feline pet traveling to the USA as an export is healthy and fit to travel.

We recommend A rabies vaccination although it is not mandatory for most states

There is an official health certification certificate that needs to be filled in by an aqis certified veterinarian.
