UPDATE ! New Zealand cat export : NZMPI has advised that from 22 October 2017 Wellington Airport will not receive cats Australia for biosecurity clearance into NZ or transfer to a quarantine facility. Cats s to NZ will have to arrive through Auckland and Christchurch airports only. You can access the information on the MPI website.

WE have an aqis accedited vet -who works with the travel company and is able to certify you travelling pet cat to fuflil the travel requierments If you have decided to move to New Zealand and wish to take your pets with you, there are a number of procedures and vet consultations required in order to allow your dog and cat’s swift export.
AQIS accreditation allows our vets to perform testing and treatment work for the government which is required by importing countries prior to the admission of your pet. The export process includes health examinations, blood testing, administering vaccines or medications, and issuing all the necessary paperwork to successfully export your pet.
