Orthopaedic surgery encompasses any surgery that is related to bones or joints. It includes procedures such as fracture repairs, ligament repairs and spinal surgery to name a few. Before any surgery can be undergone, a full physical examination with radiographs will need to be performed in order to give the best course of treatment.
