Julie
Veterinary Nurse
With over 15 years of experience at Warton Road Animal Hospital, Julie's passion for animals started early. At just 16, she began as a work experience student, progressing to Kennel Hand Nurse, Junior Training Nurse, and eventually, fully qualified Vet Nurse.
Julie's love for felines is unmatched – she's accumulated 10 rescue cats at home! Her colleagues affectionately call her the "Cat Whisperer" due to her fearless handling of even the feistiest felines.
As Senior Vet Nurse and Head Nurse, Julie's expertise extends beyond cat wrangling. She's renowned for her catheter placement and blood drawing skills, earning her the nickname "Catheter Queen."
Joining the clinic's management team was never Julie's plan, but she's taken on the challenge. With her wealth of experience and dedication, Julie's an integral part of the Warton Road Animal Hospital family.
When visiting, be sure to say hello to Julie – she's been here since 2006 and is practically part of the furniture!
