When arriving for your appointment, please either:

1. Come to the front door and if there is no more than 4 people in the clinic already waiting please proceed inside. Please also sit in the designated seats which are in line with the social distancing recommendations. Only 1 person per pet will be permitted to enter the consulting room depending on the consulting vets preference.


2. Wait in your car and phone us to let us know that you have arrived.


In order to minimise the risk of transmission, our vets may be conducting physical exams and  consultations without owners present.


Please Note:

  • Please advise staff immediately if you have traveled overseas in the last 14 days, are showing signs of sickness or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19 before you arrive at the hospital.


  • We encourage contactless payment wherever possible.

  • Only 1 person per pet will be permitted to enter the consulting room.

  • Please phone ahead for ALL prescription medications, food and preventative products and will will take payment over the phone where possible. Please call us in advance if you are running low as some products can have supply issues.



We are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide veterinary care for ALL patients and minimise having to close our hospital for a quarantine period. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. The coronavirus situation is rapidly evolving, and we will update this as required.
