EXPERIENCED VETERINARY NURSE

We are looking for an experienced vet nurse to join our friendly team at Sandy Paws Vet in the beautiful coastal village of Iluka, Northern NSW.

We are 100% small animal practice offering the usual routine surgeries, radiology, dentistry as well as BOAS, ultrasound and acupuncture.

Ideally, we would like to find an “all-rounder” for 30 – 35 hours per week, someone who enjoys a mix of nursing and reception/client care.  However, if you prefer one over the other please apply as we can be flexible!

We can also be flexible with hours!  We can offer 12 – 30 hours per week on either a permanent part time or casual basis.  Award rates apply.

Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday (9-4pm) and Fridays (9-1).  We share after hours with other clinics so there is some after hours work but nothing too overwhelming.

The clinic has a solid reputation in the area for both patient care and client care.  Building rapport with the locals is paramount so someone with a cheery disposition and good communication skills would fit well in our village environment.
