Mrs Sandra Pigliafiori
Veterinary Practice Manager
Sandra makes a major contribution to the hosptial. Taking care of the business side of the practice, she allows our veternarians and nurses to concentrate on patient care, but with her love of cats and other companion animals, we regularly find her snuggling and comforting the hospital patients as well.
Working closely with the veterinarians, nurses, suppliers and animal health professionals, Sandra takes on a range of responsibilities and is a highly organised and motivated team member.

Craig
Client Relations
Craig is the North West Veterinary Clinic Cat. Craig joined us in March 2019 after being found homeless. He has become an intergral part of the team; also having time to give out free hugs to our clients, staff and patients. Craig was named in the Top 50 Clinic Cats in Dermcare's 2019 Clinic Cat of the Year Awards
