Lucy

Practice Manager

Lucy began veterinary nursing as a part time job in her teens, moving on to full time work after graduating high school. She has taken a couple of breaks from the industry to dip a toe into other fields but has always been drawn back to animals – her first passion! She has stepped into her first Practice Manager role at Vets in Fawkner in July 2024 after returning from maternity leave. She has a very busy household with two young boys and three cats!


  

Dr. Aisha

Veterinarian

Aisha has been working as a small animal vet since graduating from Murdoch University in 2019. She believes in a fear-free approach to animal handling and loves working with clients to get the best outcome for their pets. Aisha enjoys surgery and working on complex medical cases, with a special interest in chronic pain management, palliative care and behavioural medicine. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, knitting unnecessary clothes for her cat Billy and spending time with her energetic dog Torshi who is a wolfhound X. 


Dr. Kenneth

Veterinarian

Dr. Kenneth Seipone is a seasoned veterinarian with a wealth of experience in animal care. Graduating from the University of Pretoria in 2012, he has dedicated over 11 years to practicing veterinary medicine in South Africa. In 2023, he made the exciting move to Melbourne, bringing with him a deep passion for animal health and a commitment to excellence in veterinary care.

For the past three years, Dr. Kenneth has concentrated his practice on the well-being of dogs and cats, striving to deliver the highest standard of medical attention. His special interest in soft tissue surgery underscores his dedication to providing comprehensive and precise care.

When he's not at the clinic, Dr. Kenneth enjoys spending quality time with his spouse and two children, balancing his professional life with cherished family moments.


  

Bri

Veterinary Nurse

Bri has been working as a qualified vet nurse for 5 years. She is a huge lover of cats big and small. In her spare time she likes reading, hiking, and spending time with her partner and her five cats!


Chanelle

Veterinary Nurse

Chanelle has been working as a vet nurse since 2018 and has been with Vets in Fawkner since 2022. Her passions within the clinic include teaching new nurses and helping the team upskill. Her wealth of knowledge enables her to assist with a broad range of procedures and cases. She also strives to uphold gold standards with all her work.


Audrey

Veterinary Nurse

Audrey graduated with her Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing in 2024 and has been working at Vets in Fawkner whilst completing her studies. Her passions include surgical nursing, building connections with clients and patients and running our social media account.

In her spare time, Audrey enjoys playing field hockey, reading and running. She spends her evenings hanging out with her cat, Storm.


  

Mandy

Reception Manager

A familiar face to many, Mandy has been an integral part of the Vets in Fawkner family for longer than she'll let us reveal! You'll find Mandy on reception, but a large part of her role involves ensuring the smooth running of our practice behind the scenes.  In her spare time, Mandy is active in the Girl Guides community, and is proud dog-parent to Parker the Cocker Spaniel.

 

 


Emily

Receptionist

Emily has joined our team in 2023, after relocating to Melbourne from South Australia.  As a fully trained veterinary nurse, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and is happy to help our clients with any questions or concerns.  In return, she would appreciate your top tips for where to eat and what to see around this city she now calls home!
